Aims
Aim of the course is to convey the fundamental strategic and operational Marketing, illustrating effective sales techniques to promote a product or service. The purpose of the training is to create a professional figure that has capacity for communication and negotiation with the customer, and it can turn any business appointment in a successful sale. The course was structured, in addition to a theoretical part, in a succession of exercises and simulations.
Duration
